Job summary

Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking a skilled Fellowship Programs Manager to coordinate administrative aspects of clinical fellowship training in the Department of Pathology.

You will manage recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, credentialing, and program operations while ensuring compliance with ACGME and hospital policies. The role collaborates with Residency Training Coordinators and department leadership on long-range planning and educational initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration preferred.
• 2–5 years experience in Graduate Medical Education or healthcare strongly preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administration of multiple fellowship programs (ACGME and non-ACGME).
• Oversee recruitment, orientation, scheduling and credentialing of fellows.
• Assist Directors with fellow compliance to requirements and evaluations.
• Develop curriculum, planning, and assessment of educational activities.
• Manage budgets and ADS/ERAS/NRMP-related processes.
• Prepare materials for interviews and coordinate interview activities.
• Maintain fellows' records, goals, and program descriptions.
