Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Healthcare Education Coordinator in Boston to oversee up to five clinical fellowship programs in Pathology. You will recruit and onboard fellows, coordinate projects, and analyze workflows while maintaining databases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred in business or health care administration.

• Experience in Graduate Medical Education or hospital settings is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative aspects of up to five clinical fellowship programs in Pathology.
• Recruit and onboard fellows; develop and manage projects.
• Analyze workflow and maintain databases to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate with faculty and fellows on various issues; manage relations.
• Support long-range planning and rotation scheduling for fellowships.
• Ensure compliance with academic requirements and hospital regulations.
• Assist directors with budget input and program maintenance.
