Job summary

The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus Department of Pathology is seeking a Fellowship Coordinator to administer five fellowship programs (3 ACGME-accredited, 2 unaccredited) and support the Program Director in ensuring compliance with CUGME policies and ACGME requirements. You will help develop and maintain the educational quality of the training programs.

Key responsibilities include onboarding learners, maintaining documentation, supporting accreditation, coordinating recruitment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 1 year of professional residency/fellowship coordination experience.
• Senior level requires 2 years of residency/fellowship coordination experience; advanced degree may substitute.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day operations for five fellowship programs in Pathology, ensuring ACGME/CUGME compliance.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, scheduling, and exit processes for fellows, residents, and learners.
• Maintain program data and documentation (MedHub, evaluations, rotation schedules, accreditation).
• Support Program Directors in monitoring program quality and accreditation materials.
• Manage fellowship recruitment cycles, including applications, interviews, and rankings.
