Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; MBA or Health Care Administration preferred.
• 2-5 years in Graduate Medical Education or healthcare administration preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, budgeting and data-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate administrative aspects of up to 5 fellowship programs.
• Recruit, onboard, orient and credential fellows; manage schedules and evaluations.
• Oversee program budget development and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with ACGME requirements and hospital policies.
• Attend national conferences and maintain program databases.
