Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field with 7+ years of experience, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience programming in Go, Java, or Python and maintaining production services.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, Linux, distributed systems, observability, and SRE practices.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain resilient AWS and Kubernetes-based microservices for Webex for Government.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot incidents, and restore service in a 24x7 production environment.
• Automate operational work and service provisioning to improve safety, efficiency, and consistency.
