Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of software development or automation experience using Java, Go, Python, or similar language, including testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting cloud infrastructure, production services, or DevOps in AWS.
• Experience with Linux administration and troubleshooting in production environments.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, and CI/CD/tools like Terraform, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, operate, and maintain resilient AWS and Kubernetes-based infrastructure and microservices for Webex Government.
• Monitor service health, troubleshoot incidents, and restore service quickly in a 24x7 production environment.
• Automate repeatable operational work and infrastructure provisioning for safety and efficiency.
• Strengthen platform security and compliance—IAM, logging, hardening, and FedRAMP monitoring.
• Collaborate with teams to identify risks and create runbooks, runbooks, and incident reports.
