Qualifications

• Experience with FECA and related regulations is required.
• Ability to manage multiple workers' compensation cases and maintain documentation.
• Education substitutions may apply as specified for GS-09 and GS-11 levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned workers' compensation cases, ensuring documentation is complete and filed.
• Guide employees, supervisors, and ICCs on rights, responsibilities, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare responses to DOL correspondence and ensure timely payment of benefits.

Education

Master's degree or 2 years of graduate education or JD/LLB substituting for experience (GS-09)

Ph.D. or doctoral degree or 3 years of graduate education substituting for experience (GS-11)
