Job summary

HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies across the United States. You will manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee planning, design and construction support through closeout.

Responsibilities include building client relationships, supporting business development, and ensuring project scope, schedule and budget are met while maintaining HDR's standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects aligning with client objectives, budget, and delivery schedules.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with federal and military clients as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development, including marketing efforts, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines to ensure successful project execution.
• Mentor project teams and monitor project performance, scope, schedule, budget and risk.
