HDR is seeking an experienced Federal Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex water infrastructure projects for federal agencies across the United States. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience
• 7 years related experience
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience
• Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
• An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from planning through construction support and closeout
• Manage multiple projects with client objectives, budget expectations, and delivery schedules
• Build and maintain relationships with federal and military clients as trusted advisor
• Support business development activities, including marketing efforts, proposals, contract negotiations, and project pursuits
• Coordinate resources across multiple disciplines to ensure successful project execution
• Mentor project teams and monitor performance including QA/QC and profitability
