Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7 years related experience in the field.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Ability to interact with diverse design teams and strong communication skills.
• Active participation in an employee-owned culture is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all phases of complex, multidisciplinary projects from planning to closeout.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with client objectives, budgets, and schedules.
• Build and maintain relationships with federal and military clients as a trusted advisor.
• Support business development activities including proposals and contract negotiations.
• Coordinate resources across disciplines to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project performance, scope, schedule, budget, risk, and profitability.
• Mentor and develop project teams; maintain professional licensure and stay informed on market trends.
