Job summary

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training in virtual and classroom environments.
Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training.
Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
Track attendance and course completion metrics.
Support training feedback collection and effectiveness measures.
Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
