Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s new construction management system. You will train personnel, project managers, engineers, and external contractors, both virtually and in person, across multiple sites.

The role requires strong facilitation, software training experience, and ability to support large-scale change initiatives. Extensive travel is expected, with a focus on delivering high-quality training and knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers regarding course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
