Job summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and in-person environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials and instructional guidelines.
• Answer participant questions and provide practical guidance during sessions.
• Maintain effective classroom management and high student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer.
• Coordinate with Training/Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and training effectiveness data.
• Recommend improvements to training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployments.
