Responsibilities

• Follow approved lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Engage participants and manage the classroom effectively.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and training metrics.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
