Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for our Federal Government Client’s construction management system deployment. You will conduct virtual and in-person training for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and contractors to ensure mastery of the new system.

Strong classroom facilitation, software training experience, and ability to support large-scale change initiatives across multiple locations are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of related experience; travel may be domestic and/or international.
• Strong presentation, facilitation and classroom management skills.
• Experience delivering software or enterprise system training is preferred.
• Experience supporting Federal Government training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Follow approved lesson plans, course materials, and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness.
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery.
