Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s customized construction management system, including virtual and in-person sessions across multiple locations. You will ensure participants gain the knowledge and skills to effectively use the new system and support large-scale organizational change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 years related experience
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments
• Follow approved lesson plans and course materials
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training
• Maintain classroom management and student engagement
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules
• Track attendance and course completion metrics
• Collect student feedback and measure training effectiveness
• Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery
• Represent the training team with Government personnel and external stakeholders
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all levels
• Support change management during CMP deployment
