Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a Federal Government client, supporting implementation of a customized construction management system. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, and external contractors, ensuring knowledge transfer and user adoption across geographic locations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree. 3 years of related experience. Travel may be required.
Equivalent additional directly related experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
Conduct training according to lesson plans and guidelines.
Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
Maintain classroom management and student engagement.
Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
Track attendance and course completion metrics.
Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of training delivery methods and materials.
