Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training in support of a Federal Government client’s implementation of a customized construction management system. The role includes conducting virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors to ensure successful use of the new system.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience.
• > Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• > Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training per approved lesson plans and materials.
• Respond to participant questions and provide guidance during training.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Participate in Train-the-Trainer activities and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Coordinate with Training Managers on course schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics.
• Support collection of student feedback and training effectiveness measures.
• Provide recommendations for improving training delivery methods and materials.
• Represent the training team professionally with Government personnel and external stakeholders.
• Communicate effectively with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Support change management and user adoption during CMP deployment.
