Job summary

CDM Smith seeks a Training Facilitator to deliver instructor-led training for a federal government client’s customized construction management system, replacing a legacy platform. You will conduct virtual and in-person sessions for personnel, project managers, engineering staff, and external contractors across multiple locations.

The role requires strong classroom facilitation, experience in software and business process training, and the ability to support large-scale organizational change

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 3 years of related experience; travel may be required.
• Ability to travel extensively as required and work across geographically dispersed teams.
• Experience delivering software and business process training; strong classroom facilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instructor-led training sessions in virtual and classroom environments.
• Conduct training in accordance with lesson plans and instructional guidelines.
• Respond to participant questions and provide functional guidance during training activities.
• Maintain effective classroom management and student engagement.
• Coordinate with Training Managers and Program Managers on schedules and logistics.
• Track attendance and course completion metrics; collect feedback for improvements.
