Job summary

HDR’s Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead the strategic vision and execution of technology initiatives across six business groups. You will collaborate with Federal leadership, corporate technology, and vendors to drive usage of secure cloud, AI/ML, and digital delivery while aligning with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology and software development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish performance indicators.
• Drive technology innovation to support Federal program performance, resilience, security and compliance.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and ensure technology decisions support Federal delivery constraints.
• Participate in HDR Technology Leadership Team meetings and drive technology adoption, automation, and AI/ML across HDR.
• Develop technology visions and roadmaps reflecting Federal priorities and secure cloud environments.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
• Standardize workflows and delivery practices for Federal programs.
