Job summary

HDR's Federal Business Group (FBG) seeks a Technology Director to lead strategic technology initiatives across six Business Groups. You will drive innovative solutions, guide secure cloud adoption, and align technology plans with Federal requirements such as NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP, while partnering with Corporate Technology and HDR leadership.

You will build roadmaps, mentor teams, and ensure delivery excellence in digital transformation, analytics, automation, and AI/ML, shaping HDR's position

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the AEC industry for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology, and software development and deployment.
• Experience in digital delivery, modeling, data architecture, data management, AI/ML, cloud computing, automation and integration with production software.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs with metrics.
• Drive innovation that enhances project performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent Federal program requirements in enterprise technology planning.
• Develop technology strategy and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
