Job summary

HDR’s Federal Business Group invites a Technology Director to lead strategic technology initiatives across six Federal market sectors. You will shape roadmaps, oversee enterprise platforms, Govern digital delivery, and drive AI/ML, automation, and secure cloud adoption.

This senior role collaborates with HDR leadership, corporate technology, and project teams to deliver compliant, high-impact solutions for federal clients.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting enterprise technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the AEC industry for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology, and software development and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish performance indicators.
• Drive technology innovation that enhances Federal program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and align technology solutions with Federal requirements.
• Participate in HDR Technology Leadership Team meetings and drive adoption of AI/ML and automation across HDR.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
