Job summary

HDR’s Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to drive strategic vision and lead a team of experts implementing technology solutions across multidisciplinary consulting practices for Federal clients. You will collaborate with Federal leadership, ensure compliance with NIST, FedRAMP, RMF, and CUI, develop roadmaps, advance AI/ML, digital transformation, and secure cloud adoption.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proven experience leading technology strategy for Federal clients.
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI).

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation and adoption of innovative technology solutions for Federal programs.
• Drive strategic technology vision and roadmaps across HDR’s Federal businesses.
