Job summary
HDR’s Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead strategy, governance and delivery across multidisciplinary engineering and professional services for Federal clients. You’ll shape roadmaps, drive innovation, and ensure compliant platforms with NIST/RMF/FedRAMP and CUI requirements.
You will partner with HDR leadership, and HDR Technology Leadership Team to advance secure digital delivery, AI/ML enabled solutions, and cloud adoption while mentoring talent and guiding investment in
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years delivering technological solutions for Federal clients.
- Knowledge of NIST, RMF, FedRAMP and CUI.
- Experience evaluating technology and software deployment.
- Experience in digital delivery, data architecture, and AI/ML.
- Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs.
- Drive innovation for Federal delivery, including AI/ML and secure cloud.
- Represent HDR's Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning.
- Develop and align technology strategies and roadmaps.
- Coordinate with Corporate Technology for compliant platforms.
- Lead FBG technology proposals and governance.
