Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish metrics to assess adoption, efficiency, and value.
• Drive technology innovation to support Federal professional services delivery, including digital twins, analytics, automation, and secure cloud adoption.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and align requirements, security, accreditation, data sovereignty, FedRAMP, and CUI handling.
• Participate in HDR Technology Leadership Team (TLT) meetings; collaborate to drive technology adoption, ROI, and AI/ML deployment across HDR.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams; create a Strategy and implementation roadmap.
