Job summary

HDR’s Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director who will shape HDR’s technology vision for Federal programs in the United States. You will lead a team of experts, collaborate with Federal leadership, and drive initiatives across digital delivery, security, analytics, and cloud adoption to deliver mission-critical results.

You will partner with HDR leadership to align technology with Federal priorities, manage risk, and position HDR as an industry leader in innovative, compliant delivery

Qualifications

• Experience leading technology strategy across multidisciplinary engineering or professional services.
• Demonstrated ability to implement technology solutions within Federal/AEC contexts.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI).
• Experience evaluating and deploying technology, software development, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs and establish metrics for adoption and ROI.
• Drive innovation to enhance program performance, resilience, security, and compliance across HDR.
• Represent HDR Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning and governance.
• Develop and align technology roadmaps reflecting Federal priorities and HDR strategy.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure compliant platforms and secure cloud environments.
• Standardize workflows and delivery practices for Federal programs and digital delivery.
• Lead proposals for investment in technology to drive solutions and productivity.
• Define capability requirements to support Federal workloads and data protection.
