Job summary

HDR seeks a strategic Technology Director to lead the Federal Business Group initiatives, aligning technology visions with Federal priorities and HDR’s delivery teams. You will collaborate across six business groups, corporate tech, and clients to drive secure digital delivery and innovative solution architectures.

You will shape technology roadmaps, manage risk, and foster a culture of innovation while ensuring compliance with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience developing technology strategies for multidisciplinary teams in a professional services or engineering environment.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI) and accreditation processes.
• Proven ability to drive digital delivery, modeling, data management and cloud adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs, with performance metrics and business value.
• Drive technology innovation to enhance program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent the Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning and governance.
• Lead and participate in technology leadership forums to drive ROI and adoption of AI/ML and automation.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with Federal priorities and secure platforms.
