Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering technology projects in federal/mederal-adjacent environments.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology solutions and software deployments.
• Ability to formulate and execute technology strategies and drive adoption across large programs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration across DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence sectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs, establishing metrics for adoption, efficiency, and impact.
• Drive technology innovation to improve program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent HDR Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning and governance forums.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal markets and delivery teams.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure compliant platforms and secure cloud environments.
