Job summary

HDR's Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to drive a strategic technology vision across six Business Groups, Corporate Technology, and Federal clients. You will lead a team of experts delivering secure, compliant, and innovative technology solutions for mission-critical projects.

You will establish roadmaps, oversee governance, and champion AI/ML, digital twins, cloud adoption, and data-driven delivery to elevate HDR's position as an industry leader in federal services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience executing projects involving technological solutions withinFederal sectors.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI).
• Experience in digital delivery, modeling, data architecture, data management, and use of AI/ML.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technology for Federal programs and establish performance indicators.
• Drive technology innovation to enhance Federal program performance, resilience, security and compliance.
• Represent the HDR Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning and governance.
• Participate in HDR Technology Leadership Team meetings and drive adoption of AI/ML and automation.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
