Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Business Group Technology Director to lead technology strategy and execution across HDR’s Federal programs. You will guide technology initiatives, collaborate with leadership, and drive innovations like AI/ML, digital twin analytics, and secure cloud adoption within a compliance-driven environment.

Reporting to the Professional Services and Delivery leadership, you will shape roadmaps, ensure Federal alignment with NIST/FedRAMP, and grow HDR’s technology practice across

Qualifications

• Experience shaping technology strategy for multidisciplinary teams including engineering, consulting, and operations.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CUI) and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to lead large technology programs across multiple business groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies and define performance indicators to measure adoption and impact.
• Drive innovation to improve program performance, security, and compliance across Federal projects.
• Develop roadmaps and align technology visions with Federal priorities and HDR governance.
