Job summary

HDR is seeking a Technology Director for its Federal Business Group to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of technology solutions across DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence sectors. The role leads a team of experts, aligns technology roadmaps with federal priorities, ensures compliance with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, and CUI, and partners with Corporate Technology to deliver secure, high-performance platforms.

You will influence proposals, mentor talent, and advance HDR's position as an industry

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the AEC industry for Federal clients.
• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish metrics to measure impact.
• Drive technology innovation that enhances Federal program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and develop technology roadmaps aligned with Federal priorities.
• Lead HDR Technology Leadership Team initiatives and drive adoption of AI/ML, automation, and secure digital delivery.
• Develop technology capability requirements and coordinate with Corporate IT for secure cloud environments and high-performance compute.
