Job summary

HDR's Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead strategic technology initiatives across six Business Groups and Corporate Technology. You will drive innovation, ensure federal compliance, and build a high-performing team of experts shaping digital delivery for DoD, Civilian, and Intelligence programs.

In this role you will develop technology roadmaps, oversee investment proposals, and align platforms with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, and CUI requirements while advancing HDR's mission to

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the AEC industry for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute applied technology strategies and foster lasting change within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish performance indicators for adoption and value.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and align with security and accreditation requirements.
• Develop and align technology visions and roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
• Standardize workflows and delivery practices for Federal programs.
• Lead FBG proposals for investment in technology and drive innovation across groups.
