Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Business Group Technology Director to lead a team delivering strategic technology solutions for Federal programs. You will collaborate across six Business Groups, corporate technology, and external partners to drive digital transformation, secure cloud adoption, and AI/ML implementations that align with NIST/FedRAMP standards.

You will shape technology roadmaps, manage risk, and foster a culture of innovation and performance across HDR."

Qualifications

Experience supporting enterprise technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the AEC industry for Federal clients.
Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
Experience evaluating technology, software development and deployment.
Ability to formulate and execute technology strategies and change within an organization.

Responsibilities

Lead evaluation of emerging technologies relevant to Federal programs and establish metrics.
Drive technology innovation that enhances Federal program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
Represent the Federal Business Group in enterprise technology planning and governance.
Lead technology strategy roadmaps for Federal market sectors and delivery teams.
Partner with Corporate Technology to ensure Federal compliant platforms and investments.
Standardize workflows for Federal programs and digital delivery.
