Job summary

HDR’s Federal Business Group seeks a Technology Director to lead strategic technology initiatives across six business groups, aligning with Federal priorities. You’ll drive digital transformation, secure cloud adoption, and advanced analytics while coordinating with Corporate Technology to ensure compliance with NIST, RMF, and FedRAMP.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of demonstrated experience executing projects involving technological solutions within the AEC industry for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks and requirements including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI.
• Experience evaluating technology, and software development and deployment.
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute applied technology strategies and foster lasting change.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs with performance indicators.
• Drive technology innovation to improve program performance, resilience, security, and compliance.
• Represent the FBG in enterprise technology planning and security considerations.
• Participate in HDR Technology Leadership Team to drive ROI and adoption of AI/ML.
• Develop technology roadmaps reflecting Federal priorities like digital transformation and modernization.
• Coordinate with Corporate Technology to ensure platforms meet Federal standards and data protections.
• Standardize workflows for digital delivery, modeling, data management, and documentation.
• Lead adoption of shared technology solutions for secure digital delivery and automation.
• Guide evaluation and piloting of AI/ML tools across all Business Groups for efficiency and risk management.
• Lead proposals for investment in technology to improve quality and productivity.
• Define technology capability requirements and secure high-performance compute capabilities.
