Job summary

HDR is seeking a Federal Business Group Technology Director to lead a team of experts in delivering technology solutions across HDR’s multidisciplinary practice for Federal clients.

You will shape the technology strategy, drive innovation in areas such as digital twins, analytics, automation, and secure cloud, and ensure compliance with NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, and CUI.

This role partners with HDR leadership to align roadmaps with agency priorities and advance HDR as a leader in Federal delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise technology strategy for multidisciplinary engineering or professional services organizations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience delivering technology solutions for Federal clients.
• Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks including NIST, RMF, FedRAMP, CMMC, and CUI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead evaluation of emerging technologies for Federal programs and measure value.
• Drive innovation to improve program performance, security, and resilience.
• Represent HDR Federal requirements in enterprise technology planning and governance.
• Collaborate with HDR Technology Leadership Team to develop industry-leading solutions.
• Develop and align technology roadmaps for Federal Market Sectors and Delivery Teams.
• Ensure compliant platforms and secure collaboration across Federal workloads.
