Planned Systems International, Inc. (PSI) is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join our internal Corporate Talent Acquisition team.

You will support surge recruiting across federal government contracts and corporate positions, delivering high-volume hires and maintaining excellent candidate experience. You will partner with TA leadership, hiring managers, and program leaders to execute full-cycle recruiting while ensuring compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and federal contracting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience supporting federal contracts.
• Experience recruiting for DoD, DHA, VA, DHS, or similar government agencies.
• Strong sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and job boards.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions.
• Support surge hiring across federal contracts and internal corporate positions.
• Develop sourcing strategies with TA leadership and hiring managers.
• Recruit for clinical, healthcare, technical, engineering, cybersecurity, administrative, and professional roles.
• Maintain candidate records and ensure compliant hiring practices.
