Job summary

Pentagon Technologies is seeking a temporary Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across our facilities. The role covers the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers and ensuring a positive candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

The position offers a minimum six-month assignment with potential extension or conversion to full-time based on business needs and performance. This is a hybrid role with some in-office time.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Experience supporting high-volume hiring environments required.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Handle a high volume of open requisitions with quality and speed.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and teams.
• Extend offers and support pre-employment activities.
• Ensure Paycom ATS data is accurate and up to date.
