TechOp Solutions International, Inc. is seeking a Corporate Recruiter to manage the full recruiting lifecycle for our federal contact center portfolio, partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to fill roles with urgency and accuracy.

The ideal candidate has BA/BS and 5+ years in recruiting, deep knowledge of applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and experience in federal contracting; you will source, screen, interview, and extend offers while ensuring compliance and strong candidate

Qualifications

BA/BS + 5 years of recruiting experience.
Federal contracting recruiting experience highly desired.
Full recruiting lifecycle experience in fast-paced environments.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
Experience handling multiple positions/portfolios.
Proficient with MS Office, HRIS, and ATS platforms.
Experience sourcing via job boards and social networks.
Proven interviewing experience across multiple formats.

Responsibilities

Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand staffing needs.
Manage full recruiting lifecycle for the contact center portfolio with urgency and accuracy.
Screen resumes, interview candidates (phone, video, in-person) and reference checks.
Maintain candidate status in ATS and report on pipeline health.
Draft and extend offers for exempt/non-exempt roles.
Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and company policies.
Contribute to innovative recruiting strategies and sourcing plans.
Maintain documentation in HRIS, ATS, and security systems.
