Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full life cycle recruiting for government contracts and proposals. You will source, screen, and coordinate candidates, building pipelines and coordinating interviews with TA staff.

You will also assist onboarding with internal stakeholders and participate in proposal recruiting activities, gaining exposure to government contracting processes and security documentation requirements.

Qualifications

• Full life cycle recruiting knowledge and practices.
• Experience with DoD or government contracting recruiting preferred.
• Experience recruiting cleared, information security, cyber security, physical security, or mission-focused professionals preferred.
• Ability to engage and resolve challenging situations.
• Independent, proactive, organized, and professional.
• Strong written and oral communication; interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and recruiting/ATS tools.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and time management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work before/after typical office hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support full life cycle recruiting for contracts, corporate requirements, and proposals.
• Source, screen, and coordinate qualified candidates; build pipelines via networking and events.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain timely candidate communication; document statuses in ATS.
• Assist with reference checks, offer coordination, and start-date scheduling under guidance.
• Participate in recruiting and marketing events as assigned.
• Coordinate onboarding information with Security, HR, Payroll, Contracts, and other stakeholders.
• Assist with proposal recruiting activities including LOIs and security documentation.
