Job summary

Team TTI in Anderson, SC is seeking a Sr. Corporate Recruiter on a full-time temporary/contract basis to help fill a variety of permanent, part-time and temporary roles.

You will partner with department heads, source qualified candidates, prescreen applicants, coordinate interviews, and guide new hires through onboarding, while creating recruitment materials and representing TTI at local career fairs.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
• 5+ years of general recruiting experience
• DESIRED: experience recruiting salaried Engineers (EE, ME specifically)
• Ability to work independently under general direction and guidance
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products
• Passion for a career in Human Resources

Responsibilities

• Partner with department heads to ascertain staffing needs
• Utilize recruitment tools and strategies to identify and source qualified candidates
• Prescreen all qualified applicants
• Spearhead the organization and scheduling of interviews
• Guide applicants through the hiring process
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process
• Various administrative duties (check requests, booking travel, creating job descriptions, position grading, expense reimbursement, etc...).
• Creation of recruitment material
• Represent TTI at various local and regional career fairs
• Form creative solutions to staffing issues
• Other duties as assigned
