Job summary

HHS is seeking a results-driven Temporary Staffing Recruiter to support the recruitment and placement of temporary staff across multiple HHS facilities and locations. The role focuses on quickly identifying, engaging, screening, and placing qualified candidates for temporary, short-term, and high-volume staffing needs.

The recruiter will manage the full process from sourcing to onboarding, partnering with facility leadership and hiring managers to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of recruiting or staffing experience
• Experience recruiting for hourly, temporary, contract, or high-volume positions
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate development skills
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage changing priorities
• Willingness to travel between HHS facilities
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for facility travel

Responsibilities

• Recruit and place candidates for temporary, short-term, hourly, and high-volume staffing needs
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding and placement
• Build and maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates
• Source candidates through Indeed, LinkedIn, referrals, and job boards
• Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews and screenings
• Attend hiring events and facility recruitment activities as needed
• Provide updates to hiring managers on candidate availability and progress
• Coordinate interviews, background checks, onboarding, and start dates
