Job summary

TechOp Solutions International is seeking a reliable, self-directed 1099 Recruiter to support our federal staffing needs. This independent contractor will source and engage candidates, manage a high-volume pipeline, and coordinate with Recruiting Leads to fill roles across TechOp’s contact center and customer service programs.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for government contracts or staffing agencies, communicates clearly, and can manage priorities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• BA/BS preferred.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience required.
• Experience recruiting for federal contracts or staffing agencies preferred.
• Experience with full lifecycle recruiting.
• Experience with job boards, social networks, and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiting Leads to understand hiring needs.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle across the contact center portfolio.
• Screen resumes and interview candidates (phone, video, in-person).
• administers assessments and reference checks; make hire recommendations.
• Maintain candidate activity in ATS; analyze pipeline health and report findings.
• Draft and extend offers for exempt and non-exempt roles.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state laws and regulations.
• Upload and label documents in ATS/HRIS with audit readiness.
