Job summary

Henderson Group is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E Functional Consultant) for a contract/FT role in the Washington, DC region. The position supports Federal Government and DoD stakeholders, guiding requirements, configurations, testing, and post-go-live support. Onsite four days/week for local candidates in Herndon, VA or remote work for others, with zero travel.

Requires U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility up to Federal Public Trust/MBI.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required (sole U.S. citizen).
Federal Government or DoD experience preferred.
Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) systems; SAP Concur strongly preferred.
Proven track record in system implementation, requirements gathering, and business process mapping.
Hands-on experience in Agile teams and client-facing delivery.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities: requirements, design, configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
Facilitate sessions with government stakeholders; present strategies and manage expectations.
Translate agency requirements into functional specs and service design artifacts.
Coordinate testing, integration workflows, defects, and QA activities.
Assist with post-go-live stabilization and user experience improvements.
Analyze data and develop insights to guide project decisions and deliverables.
