Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Manager (SAP Concur / T&E) to lead functional consulting for federal government projects in the Herndon, VA area. This role blends client engagement with system configuration, testing, and ongoing support within an Agile team.

You will work with DoD and Federal stakeholders to translate requirements into compliant travel and expense configurations, and you may operate onsite or remotely per project needs.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required (sole).
• Federal Government or DoD client experience.
• Experience with Travel & Expense (T&E) systems; SAP Concur preferred.
• Experience in system implementation and requirements gathering.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional consulting activities, including requirements gathering, business process design, system configuration, testing, and integration coordination.
• Engage government stakeholders, present strategic recommendations, and manage client expectations throughout project workstreams.
• Translate complex agency requirements into functional specifications, service design artifacts, and compliant T&E configurations.
• Coordinate functional testing, integration workflows, defect resolution, and overall system quality assurance.
• Assist with system stabilization, user experience optimization, and ongoing customer experience enhancements.
• Analyze operational data and develop visual insights to support project decisions.
