Responsibilities

• Oversee services operations and resources, including Engagement Managers and Solution Architects, to ensure timely project delivery and value realization.
• Manage professional services teams, project milestones, delivery goals, and revenue optimization.
• Monitor performance and ensure high levels of project success.
• Shape GTM strategy for CPS Services and align messaging with customer needs.
• Mentor and lead a team of Engagement Managers and Solution Architects to deliver excellent customer experience.
• Establish accountability and proactive risk reviews for strategic accounts and renewals.
