Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Account Manager to lead a federal government portfolio from onboarding through ongoing activation and growth, ensuring contract terms are fulfilled while expanding enterprise opportunities.

You will coordinate with product, legal, and operations, build trusted relationships, and communicate requirements and feedback to steer programmatic and technical development, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in business development, operations, or account management.
• 4+ years in account management, customer success, or business operations.
• 1+ years working with government customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for federal government customers from onboarding onward, driving retention and growth.
• Identify readiness, requirements, schedules, and risks to realize forecasted revenue.
• Serve as internal expert on federal government vertical, guiding strategic decisions.
• Design and implement new processes to accelerate growth and scale the team.
