Zscaler seeks a Sr. Technical Success Manager to join the US Public Sector team. This remote role supports Federal customers across the US, working within the Customer Success department and reporting to the Manager of Technical Success Management.

Some travel to client sites may be required, with eligibility for DoD security clearances. You will drive adoption, lead quarterly business reviews, and mitigate risk while supporting regulated FedRAMP environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD/DoW security clearance (SECRET or TS).
• Knowledge of FedRAMP and US Federal Government security requirements.
• Familiarity with SASE, SSE, ZTNA, ZIA, ZPA in a post-sales/advisory capacity.
• Solid grasp of core networking protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS) and basic troubleshooting.

Responsabilités

• Drive adoption and value realization by aligning Zscaler solutions to customer business goals.
• Own customer relationships through regular business reviews with technical stakeholders and executive sponsors.
• Proactively manage risk by identifying early warning signals and developing mitigation plans.
• Support FedRAMP moderate and high customers (IL2-4 and IL5).
• Enable and educate customers on feature adoption and best-practice rollouts.
