Job summary

Zscaler is recruiting a Sr. Technical Success Manager for a remote UK-based role.

You will guide customers through their Zero Trust journey as a post-sales contact, helping them adopt and maximize Zscaler solutions to achieve digital transformation goals. You will build relationships, provide technical guidance, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution adoption and ongoing customer success.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies; knowledge of securing or positioning AI-driven solutions.
• 5+ years in a customer-facing role (Solutions Delivery, Customer Success Management, Technical Account Management, or Sales Engineering).
• 5+ years in Cloud Services Architectures, Web-based Security, Networking, or Infrastructure.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decisions.
• Ability to align customer business challenges to the Zscaler portfolio for desired outcomes.
• Experience analyzing customer data to derive adoption strategies and risk mitigation plans.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture relationships with key customer stakeholders to align objectives with Zscaler goals.
• Provide technical guidance, product insights, and best practices for integration and operation of Zscaler solutions.
• Lead complex escalations and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams.
• Identify adoption insights, develop risk mitigation plans, and partner with teams for long-term success.
• Create and share intellectual capital, including best practice guides and playbooks.
