Jobgether, acting on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Proposal Specialist based in the United States to support federal proposal development in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will collaborate with technical experts, BD, contracts, and executives to craft compliant, customer-focused proposals across the lifecycle from requirements analysis to final submissions, with mentorship and growing ownership of complex projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Writing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
• Early-career professional with relevant proposal development experience and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience drafting, editing, proofreading, or formatting professional materials and communicating complex concepts clearly.
• Ability to manage projects and meet tight deadlines with multiple teams.

Responsabilités

• Review procurement documents, identify submission requirements, and maintain compliance matrices.
• Coordinate activities across technical experts, program managers, BD, contracts, and executives.
• Draft, edit, format, and structure proposal content for both technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Support proposal reviews and quality assurance, tracking feedback and revisions.
• Create, format, and troubleshoot complex Word documents and manage proposal repositories.
• Assist with final production, submission readiness, and electronic submissions.
• Use AI tools to improve research, drafting, editing, and workflow while ensuring data security.
• Collaborate with teams to improve templates, tools, and processes.
