Intrepid Global Solutions is seeking an Associate Proposal Manager to support the development of federal proposals in a fast-paced environment. The role involves coordinating with capture teams, technical contributors, and business leaders to ensure compliant, compelling submissions.

This entry-level role offers training in Shipley processes and APMP basics, with opportunities to advance to Proposal Manager. Remote/hybrid work in the Eastern Time Zone is available, and the position requires U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting proposals, capture, contracts, or a related deadline-driven role.

Responsibilities

• Manage the development of assigned federal proposals from kickoff through submission.
• Develop compliant proposal outlines and structures aligned with Section L/M instructions, evaluation criteria, and strategy.
• Build and maintain proposal schedules, compliance matrices, cross-reference tools, and other artifacts.
• Analyze solicitation requirements and translate them into actionable assignments and content plans.
• Partner with Capture Managers, leaders, and technical contributors to add win themes and messaging.
• Coordinate proposal support across Finance, Contracts, HR, IT, Security, Legal, and Quality.
• Support proposal reviews and ensure comments are tracked and incorporated.
• Ensure final proposal products are compliant, accurate, and aligned across volumes.
• Collaborate with production resources for formatting, packaging, and submission.
• Identify and elevate proposal risks, gaps, and schedule challenges.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of proposal processes and templates.
